Carephone Mobile

The Carephone mobile handset is a specially designed mobile device for persons in need of care assistance in the home or out and about. The handset is a simple and easy to use mobile phone that also has a number of clever features in the background.

GPS Tracking – We can track the user of the Carephone Mobile and pinpoint their location whilst out and about. This helps us to cut down emergency response time by giving the emergency services the last tracked location of the user. The handset can even be tracked via family members or carers via our online user portal.

The SOS button on our handset can be specially configured to contact a family member, carer, and/or neighbour in a dialling sequence and most importantly of all can contact our Carephone Emergency Response Centre.

With a Carephone Mobile you are also connected to our special Carephone ERC (Emergency Response Centre). This is a direct line to our unique call centre with our staff on hand to help, we can call a relative, the emergency services or whomever else you need to come and give you assistance. We can also hold important medical information that can be set by the user or carer upon registration for a Carephone Mobile.

Subscriptions are based upon a 24-month customer agreement, terms and conditions apply.
