We offer Direct Delivery of most of our items Free of charge if they have a value over £99.
Under £99 our standard delivery Service is £4.99 ( please note that all items that indicated as "free Delivery " are excluded from the £99 calculation"

Where applicable we offer different levels of delivery service.
Standard - Normally Free
The item will be delivered , usually on a pallet, direct to you, you will then need to remove the item from its packaging and carry out any assembly of the item. We, of course can always be contacted for assistance on the phone to help you with this.
Please note this is a Roadside delivery service. The Item will be delivered in a box on a pallet...and the driver only delivers to the roadside, therefore you will need to be able to unpack the box. or move it to your home. And you may require 2 people depending on the item you have bought.

SILVER SERVICE - Just £95 on all Mobility Scooters & Powerchairs!
Your item will be ready assembled and delivered to you by one of our engineers they will show you how to use the item and make any necessary adjustments, leaving you fully happy with your new item.
You will have your product ready to use, with no assembly necessary and no packaging to dispose of.. ( this is our most popular Delivery Service)

As Per Silver Service but also includes free labour and parts within the first 12 months to carry out any works required that are under warranty

Our Full Platinum Service Provides for

- 3 Years Warranty (After initial Included 12 month Warranty)
- 1 Free Call Out Service to cover Warranty Works - Free Parts and Labour for Installation of Warranty parts
- Plus 1 Maintenance Service of your Item ( Scooter/Powerchair) In the first 2 Years.
